I want to refer you to a great new resource, the facebook group of PATH Intl. Equine Managers. They are an active group you can post questions to regarding horses and horse care, which often has to do with riders and volunteers as well. I have been impressed by their activity and helpfulness and answers. It’s a great resource!
In their own words: “The Membership Oversight Committee, with the blessing of the PATH Intl. office has created this as a networking and support tool available to anyone in this industry charged with the well-being of the many equines working in programs across the country.”
By my opinion, you don’t have to be a PATH Intl member to appreciate its benefits!
P.S. No one asked me to write this…. I joined, forgot about it, and rediscovered it today, haha!
